I joined Travel Counsellors back in 2005 and since then we have gone from strength to strength. We now have over 80 TCs in Ireland and over 1500 TCs globally. Lorraine was amazing during a medical crisis whilst my friend and I were on hols in September - always available at the end of a phone, at all hours of the day and night, and was a comforting reassurance during a very difficult time. Cannot recommend her highly enough and will definitely use her service again in the future, for the peace of mind she provides.

I have been booking holidays with Lorraine for 3 years now and will continue to do so. I always get what I ask for and in some cases the hotels exceed my expectations. Lorraine is very approachable and is prepared to spend time finding out what you want in a holiday. It's a very hassle free way to travel.

Lorraine has supported and guided me through many holidays over the last number of years including my honeymoon last November. At every instance she has provided a best in class service, continuously suggesting accommodation, places to visit and the best value for our defined budget.

We are getting married this November and we booked our honeymoon to Puerto Mogan (Gran Canaria) through Lorraine. Lorraine was our fist port of call for booking this special holiday as we have used her services a number of times over the last 5 years and she has never let us down! This experience was no different. From the moment we told Lorraine what we were looking for, she went out of her way to make sure all of our special requests were accomodated. Not only that but Lorraine also gave us a range of various options to choose from that would suit our needs and put forward a number of great suggestions and recommendations that we have taken onboard. We are jetting off on our honeymoon in 6 weeks time and we cannot wait! I have no doubt that it will be the holiday we never forget. We're so excited to get there and start lapping up all that luxury and sun!

For Lorraine, no detail is too small, everything gets followed up, She takes the running around and the stress out of trying to organise a holiday, never mind the fact that she has so many ideas regarding destinations/activities etc that we would never have thought of.

Lorraine could not have been more accommodating and helpful when assisting us in booking our honeymoon. She researched a number of options for us and always responded to any queries straight away (even responding to a panicky email from me while she was on holidays). I have just booked my third family holiday through Lorraine. All I have to do is contact her and tell her where we'd like to go and she always comes back with the best holiday to suit our family's demands and needs. I have used Lorraine for all my holiday arrangements for the past few years and I would highly recommend her. It makes it so much easier when you are dealing with the same person all the time and much more personal. Nothing is too much trouble for Lorraine and because we have been with her for the last few years she is familiar with our needs.

In my dealings with Lorraine I have always found her to be efficient and diligent, pleasant to deal with and in particular always seems to able to get the best deal available and to be significantly better in price than some other high street travel agents.
I would have no problem in recommending Lorraine when travel arrangements are needed.

Excellent service from Lorraine - she over delivers. Have always being extremely happy with accomodation, locations, flights etc. Price is also competitive. I have recommended Travel Counsellers to a number of my friends. Lorraine always reverts within 24 - 48 hours with options of holiday destinations.

We are very happy with the service Lorraine has provided to us. I would highly recommend Lorraine to book your holiday with. I booked my honeymoon with her and I have to say she was fantastic. She really knows her stuff. Everything was organised for us from airport transfers to tours. She was great for helping us make decisions and she made sure all the hotels knew we were on honeymoon and they gave us upgrades. I will definitely book with Lorraine again!!
